Jacqueline
is a law graduate of The Obafemi Awolowo University (Ile-Ife) class
of 1990 and also holds a Master’s degree in law from the University
of Lagos class of 92/93. She is a Fellow and a Member of Council,
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (FCIS,
ICSAN) and a Member Institute of Arbitration UK (MCIArb).
She belongs also to a number of professional bodies; National Association of Petroleum Explorationist (NAPE), Energy Club of Nigeria, Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Institute of Management Consultants and NWES (Nigerian Women Exporter of Services). She has served as the Assistant Company Secretary of a state owned financial institution (Kwara Industrial Trust Fund Limited) then owed by 3 States of the North – Kwara, Kogi and Niger States; she has also worked with the Solicitors Department of various financial institutions in the areas of; Project Financing, Business Development, Human Resource Outsourcing, Secured Credit Transactions, Loans and Claims settlement; Inter-governmental relationships. She has also worked closely with various other clients in the area of: - Company Secretarial Services - Personnel and Management Consultancy Services - Permits for Oil and Gas: Solid Minerals; ISP Services etc - She is also a business facilitator She is a Principal Partner, SAMUEL J. O. & ASSOCIATES. Her duty includes seeing to the day-to-day smooth running of the firm.She is married with children.

Bimpe
is a qualified legal practitioner, a product of the Obafemi Awolowo
University (Ile-Ife) class of 1990. She holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration (MBA) from the Obafemi Awolowo University (O.A.U), a
qualified Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ACIS) and also a member
of the Institute of Personnel Management.
Bimpe served as a Barrister for many years with private law firms and thereafter became Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of a financial institution. She has garnered experience in Attorney representation both outside and inside the courtrooms and can be described as an astute negotiator. She has proffered Legal Advice on various issues relating to the Pharmaceutical and Financial sectors in Nigeria. She has been involved in the selection process of resource persons for special projects and also securing the management team for private companies. Her duties also include company secretarial services and solicitors’ practice. Bimpe is married with children.

JOHN
JACOBS (JJ) holds a Bachelors Degree in law from the University of
Jos, Plateau State, class of 1993. He has been in active practice
for several years, and has handled many litigation matters. Jacob
heads the Criminal and Investigation Department. JJ
and our team of the investigators have investigated and prepared reports
for overseas potential investors who want to know more about the partners
they are dealing with in business and other matters.

Tony
is a seasoned Financial, Shipping and Maritime Legal Practitioner;
he is a product of the famous St. Patrick’s College, Asaba,
Delta State. He holds a B.Sc Degree in Geography from the University
of Nigeria, Nsukka, Class of 1984, an LL.B from The Obafemi Awolowo
University, Ile-Ife, class of 1991 and an LL.M from the University
of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, class of 92/93. He is also an Arbitrator of
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Nigerian Branch.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar as well as a member of Nigerian Society of International Law. A Lawyer with an academic bent, he has to his credit several publications on various legal topics. He is an astute negotiator and a public relations person. He also has to his credit several business development projects. He presently holds a political appointment with the Delta State House of Assembly. |

Daniel
is an Accounting Technician and a Solicitor. He graduated from the
Law Faculty of the University of Lagos in 1998 and called to the Nigerian
Bar in 1999.
Before his graduation, he had worked as a Special Assistant to the Economic Administrator (Syndic) of the Dominican Friars, Province of Nigeria & Ghana from 1993 to 1998, in which capacity he assisted with co-ordinating various Not-for-Profit projects, in addition to the preparation of financial budgets and control, as well as monitoring of the investment portfolio of the Order. He was Deputy Co-ordinator of the Legal Aid Committee of the National Youth Service Corps in Gombe State in 2000. He has since been in active legal practice with special concentration on maritime, corporate and commercial law, secured credit transactions and Company Secretarial Practice. |
Bunmi
is a law graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University (Ile-Ife) class
of 1990. She has since her call to the Nigerian Bar been very active
in litigation and solicitor’s practice.
For a while she was Head of Administration of a private company. As Head of Administration, she handled all issues relating to personnel; issues of protocol and of public relations. As a solicitor, she combines well and puts all these experience to the use, benefit and satisfaction of our clients. She is married with children. |

McJohn
is an Attorney and a Real Estate Consultant. He studied law at the
Lagos State University, Class of 2001 and was called to the Nigerian
Bar in 2003.
He has also acquired experience in Criminal Law and Processes, due diligence reporting and general investigative reporting. He is married with a child. |
Wale
is a graduate of Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos; class of 2002,
he was called to the Nigerian bar in the year 2004. Since then he
has been actively involved in litigation practice, company secretariat,
real estate law, maritime law practice etc.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. |
