• Issuing notices for meetings, attending and coordinating meetings of the Company, the Board and committee meetings, rendering all necessary secretarial services in respect of the meeting and advising on compliance of decisions reached at the meetings with the applicable rules and regulations;
• Maintaining the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990;
• Rendering proper return and giving notification to the Corporate Affairs Commission as required under the Act;
• Carrying out such secretarial duties as may be directed by the Directors, or the Company.
